IDR, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager to join one of their top clients for a 100% remote opportunity. This role supports enterprise CRM transformation initiatives by partnering closely with stakeholders and delivery partners to turn business goals into actionable product outcomes while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and productivity across product management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Own product discovery and requirements gathering for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experiences across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- Translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements, user stories, and product deliverables for development and QA teams
- Drive business process transformation and organizational change aligned to CRM modernization goals
- Support enterprise CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management processes and drive measurable productivity gains
- Experience using AI to generate business requirements, user stories, product visions, and other artifacts for development and QA teams
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements and actionable product deliverables
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365
