Turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements for teams
Create and maintain product documentation (requirements, workflows, use cases)
Work closely with Product Managers, technical teams, and vendors
Gather requirements and confirm vendor and hardware capabilities
Track vendor requirements, constraints, and timelines that may impact delivery
Evaluate vendor solutions based on performance and business fit
Support hardware launch readiness by aligning processes, systems, and teams
Document setup, configuration, logistics, and deployment needs
Partner with Operations and Hardware teams to prepare for launches and upgrades
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across teams and partners
Support issue tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution
Support testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
Assist with the documentation of deployment requirements, including configuration, provisioning, logistics, certification, and support considerations
Partner with Hardware Services and Operations teams to validate readiness for device launches and upgrades, identifying risks and gaps
Assist in coordinating activities for large-scale enterprise rollouts, including pilot planning, phased deployments, and issue tracking
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and post-release reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements and business objectives
