Founding Growth

Karumi is a Y Combinator company that is developing an AI agent to enhance video calls with interactive product demos. They are seeking a Founding Growth hire to establish a demand-generation engine and drive the company's market reach through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the growth engine: demand gen, content/SEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle
• Design and run experiments to drive qualified inbound and improve conversion across the funnel
• Use Karumi's own demo agent as a growth channel and a flagship example of the product
• Own the analytics: define metrics, instrument the funnel, and report on what's working
• Partner with the founders and the AE on messaging, positioning, and pipeline targets
