Role summary: Build reusable onboarding accelerators (templates, modules, automation) to reduce onboarding time while complying with platform guardrails.

Key responsibilities

• Develop/maintain Terraform modules and onboarding templates aligned to standards.
• Create golden path onboarding workflows and developer-facing documentation.
• Prototype and validate reference implementations, then harden for repeatable use.
• Support early adopter teams and capture feedback to improve accelerators.

Required qualifications

• Solid Google Cloud Platform fundamentals and Terraform hands-on experience.
• Python scripting for automation; strong documentation habits.

Success measures

• Reusable assets adopted; onboarding cycle time reduced; fewer onboarding defects.
