Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8 10+ years of hands-on development experience to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer, integrations, transform maps, and AWS infrastructure troubleshooting. This role requires a highly technical individual capable of designing custom solutions, building complex third-party integrations, and resolving backend connectivity issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate workflows and business processes.
- Develop and maintain Transform Maps for data migration and integrations.
- Build and support complex third-party vendor integrations.
- Configure and manage vendor alert integrations, including Zoom admin alerts.
- Automate incident ticket generation from production vendor email notifications.
- Troubleshoot data loads and backend connectivity issues.
- Leverage AWS infrastructure for retrieving and managing data from S3 buckets.
- Manage connections through network servers and monitor MID Server logs.
- Develop, test, and deploy scripts using JavaScript within the ServiceNow IDE environment.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective workarounds.
- Clearly communicate technical decisions and development approaches to minimize system errors.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide solutions for platform enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 8 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience with Transform Maps.
- Strong background in System Integrations.
- Experience integrating third-party vendors and external applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript scripting (Mandatory).
- Experience with AWS infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Amazon S3 Buckets.
- Experience managing MID Servers and log analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot backend connectivity and data load issues.
- Experience implementing production support and workaround solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Developer Certification (Expected baseline requirement).
- AWS Solution Architect Certification (Highly Preferred).
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with vendor email automation and alerting mechanisms.
- Experience with production support and infrastructure troubleshooting.
