Loman AI is transforming how restaurants handle phone calls with an AI-powered voice platform built specifically for the restaurant industry. They are seeking a Member of the Technical Staff to own backend systems that power their AI voice agent, focusing on API design, integrations, and production stability while working closely with the engineering team to ship features and improve reliability as the platform scales.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs
• Implement integrations with POS, reservation, payments, and voice transcription providers
• Improve system reliability, performance, and monitoring as customer volume grows
