Cloud Development Engineer I

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is a leading IT services and solutions provider in the US that has been rated a top workplace every year since 2012. They are seeking a Level I Engineer for their Cloud Select team, responsible for onboarding new customers, supporting data center migrations, and maintaining critical cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and system engineering for all Windows-based and Linux-based platforms including Active Directory, DNS, RDS
• Planning, executing, and overseeing the successful migration of data center infrastructure, applications, and services
• Experience with Hyper-V/SystemCenter and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Participation in after-hours work (when needed) and OnCall rotation is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Nice to have public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) experience
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
