This flexible remote opportunity allows you to work from home while assisting clients with travel planning, vacation reservations, cruise bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel-related customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with vacation planning, travel reservations, cruise bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel packages
- Provide professional customer service through phone, email, chat, and online communication platforms
- Answer questions regarding destinations, travel options, pricing, and available travel services
- Help clients update reservations, modify travel arrangements, and manage itinerary changes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and travel bookings
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience
- Research travel options and provide recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Support customers by resolving concerns and delivering timely solutions
- Stay informed on travel supplier updates, destination information, and travel industry trends
