Charter Global is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to handle inquiries related to product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility, and billing in a call center environment. The role involves providing information and education to members, providers, and brokers about health and financial programs, as well as offering technical assistance for digital applications.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering member, provider & broker inquiries pertaining to product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility and billing questions in a call center environment
- Proactively provides information and education to members, providers & brokers, as appropriate, about a variety of health, financial, and self-service programs
- Provides basic technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance for digital and electronic applications
Requirements:
- 3 years customer service experience
- 1 year with Call Center experience
- 3 years of Healthcare Medical Insurance background
