Affinity Solutions is the leading consumer purchase insights company, providing a complete view of U.S. and U.K. consumer spending through proprietary AI technology. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Events Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of event marketing programs, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement through a full portfolio of industry events and activations.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of event portfolio: trade shows, sponsorships, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer events
- Plan and manage timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and on-site execution
- Design event experiences aligned to brand positioning and business goals
- Support executive participation, including speaking opportunities, prep materials, and on-site coordination
- Partner with PR, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and activation plans
- Act as primary contact for leadership during key industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES)
- Manage external partners including venues, publishers, and production vendors
- Identify opportunities to scale processes and improve operational efficiency across events
- Support event-related campaigns (landing pages, email, social, follow-up programs)
- Partner with sales and marketing to connect event engagement to pipeline and revenue
- Track event performance: attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
- Provide post-event reporting and recommendations to improve future investments
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within adtech, martech, media, advertising, or data-driven companies
- Direct experience managing large-scale industry conferences and executive-level activations
- Proven ability to own event programs end-to-end, including budget management and vendor oversight
- Experience supporting executive speakers and high-visibility industry engagements
- Familiarity with major industry events such as Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week, Possible, RampUp
- Experience tying event activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI reporting
- Working knowledge of marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.com
