Click Theory Capital is a rapidly growing company that operates a family of startups in the AI space. They are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive outbound pipeline generation through cold calling and lead qualification in a structured, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and other channels
- Qualify leads and consistently generate high-value meetings for the sales team
- Handle objections and adapt messaging to improve conversion rates
- Attend trainings, meetings, and occasional events to support pipeline growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and performance
- Identify and develop business opportunities through effective discovery and follow-up
- Manage leads, activity, and follow-ups in an organized and consistent manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Working understanding of the sales process
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to manage activity and results
- Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly to improve performance
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or outbound prospecting experience preferred
- bachelor's degree preferred
