Global4PL is a Silicon Valley-based supply chain services provider supporting customers in 164 countries. They are seeking a high-performing Global Account Executive - Business Development to drive new revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and win new business accounts while delivering creative, customized logistics solutions that generate recurring revenue
- Relationship Management : Establish trusted, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Lead account implementation meetings and ongoing account reviews. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Sales Presentations : Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate Global4PL’s value and services. Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for both clients and the company
- Market Insights : Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy
- Collaboration : Partner with operations, pricing, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate CRM records of client activity, pipeline and performance
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of selling Logistics services and Freight Forwarding services
- 5 years of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Must have a deep understanding of selling International Freight Forwarding services
- Willingness to travel to client meetings and events
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, logistics, or a related field
