Zentrela Inc. is a Canadian neurotechnology startup focused on helping wellness and consumer health companies through their innovative Cognalyzer® AI platform. They are seeking a Business Development Lead to build their business growth engine, generate qualified sales opportunities, and engage with potential clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research companies in wellness, cannabis, hemp, functional beverages, supplements, ingredients, and consumer health that meet Zentrela’s Ideal Customer Profile
- Build targeted prospect lists and outreach campaigns
- Use LinkedIn, email, events, and direct outreach to generate qualified exploratory calls
- Help communicate the value of Zentrela’s AI-powered EEG research to product, R&D, innovation, marketing, and executive teams
- Generate sales materials that enable you to maximize the success rate of converting reach outs to prospects generate exploratory calls
- Schedule exploratory calls, prepare follow-up emails, proposal drafts, and
- Join sales calls, learn the customer’s needs, and support the Founder in moving opportunities forward
- Help qualify opportunities, identify buying signals, and recommend the right research study approach
- Manage CRM activity, follow-ups, and pipeline discipline
- Turn repeated customer questions and objections into stronger messaging and sales assets
- Help Zentrela build a repeatable sales process from the ground up
