Horizontal Product Manager DC Capabilities (ERP)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on supply chain, distribution, or ERP-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience in DC Operations or as a Product Manager for DC-facing products(WMS, inventory management, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, or labor management).
- Proven ability to manage horizontal/platform products that serve multiple business units or geographies.
- Strong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows and data flows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)or related Oracle Retail/Supply Chain modules.
- Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) and their integration with ERP systems.
- Experience working in retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environments.
- Agile/Scrum product delivery experience.
