Castles Technology is a global leader in secure payment acceptance solutions, delivering innovative technologies to customers worldwide. They are seeking an Account Executive for Unattended Payments to expand their presence in the unattended commerce market by identifying and closing new business opportunities while building strategic relationships across the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the unattended payments and unattended commerce markets
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the unattended commerce ecosystem, including operators, technology partners, payment providers, integrators, OEMs, and self-service solution providers
- Prospect and engage potential customers through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, industry associations, trade shows, conferences, and other business development activities
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions that effectively communicate the value of Castles Technology's products and services
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting within the CRM system
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term account growth
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Castles Technology's market position
- Develop relationships and drive growth with both strategic partners and end-user organizations throughout the unattended commerce ecosystem
- Consistently achieve or exceed established sales quotas, revenue goals, and performance objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, technology, SaaS, hardware, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives
- Strong business development, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within the payments, fintech, unattended commerce, self-service technology, vending, parking, EV charging, kiosk, or automated retail industries
- Existing relationships within the unattended commerce ecosystem
- Experience working with payment processors, acquirers, payment facilitators, technology partners, OEMs, integrators, or large unattended operators
- Knowledge of payment acceptance technologies, EMV, contactless payments, mobile payments, and related payment industry trends
