Emerald AI is at the forefront of AI and energy, focusing on enabling AI data centers to scale sustainably. The role of Business Development & Strategy Partner involves driving commercial efforts, building partnerships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy to address high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support Commercial Strategy: Contribute to the development of our Strategic Long Range Plan; support go-to-market strategy development, including segmentation, ICP refinement, and positioning for early adopter segments
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Identify, research, and engage prospective customers and strategic partners. Support moving opportunities from initial outreach through pilots and early deployments
- Develop Partnerships: Assist in identifying partnership opportunities, researching potential partners, and supporting relationship development and execution of partnership initiatives
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Gather and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform go-to-market priorities and strategic direction, in collaboration with Product Management
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product and engineering teams, sharing market and customer insights to help inform product development and roadmap priorities
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to ad hoc workstreams such as fundraising support, board materials, industry conferences, grant applications, and other strategic initiatives
