SitusAMC is a company dedicated to transforming businesses in the real estate industry. They are seeking a Business Analyst for Process Automation who will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise process automation strategies, managing software development lifecycles, and collaborating with business leaders to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and design efficient automated solutions or interfaces and workflows to meet business requirements
- Partner with business and technology team members to expand the process automation platform
- Manage the software development lifecycle of the process automation platform
- Responsible for the design and implementation of workflows based on best practices
- Act as first line of support to troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause
- Engage with system users and developers to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs and formulate recommendations to improve and support business activities
- Create quality BRDs and project documentation to clearly identify business needs and expectations and use cases for thorough testing
- Adhere to big picture view of how various connected system designs should be consolidated or affected
- Advocate the usage of data and automation across the organization, including demonstrating capabilities, collaborating with other technology teams, and consulting with business leaders
- Implement process automation best practices
- May manage staff expectations, performance, and engagement
- Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent
- 2+ years of residential or commercial real estate required
- Agile methodology within a large company is very desirable including end to end project delivery
- Resourceful with strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytic skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize assignments
- Able to work independently to resolve discrepancies, defects, incidents, or problems with an understanding of the business and system impacts
- Experience with software development life cycle methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical resources in supporting the project
- Experience with large-scale project implementations that cross multiple departments using project management techniques
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with management and other levels within the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines while achieving high levels of accuracy
- Ability to gather and compile information and prepare reports
- Highly Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be customer-driven, can work within a team environment, and be focused on providing high quality customer service
- Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a team player
- 5+ years of work experience preferred, with 1+ years in a mentorship role
- Expertise in K2 process automation software preferred
