Touchpoints is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Business Analyst (Configuration Developer) to analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing Azure DevOps for project management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions using Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and model-driven app configurations to support business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into low-code solutions while following Power Platform governance best practices
- Utilize Azure DevOps for user story management, testing, and release coordination; 4+ years of Power Platform/Dynamics 365 configuration experience required
