As the Founding Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with leadership to build talent pipelines and enhance the company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Attract & recruit world-class talent across all functions using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative strategies. This role is fully outbound
- Develop and refine the candidate experience, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and high standards
- Build and promote our employer brand to attract top-tier talent via social channels, events, and content
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, create job descriptions, and guide them through effective hiring processes
- Advise on hiring priorities and ensure strategic alignment between team needs and recruitment efforts
- Continuously improve hiring operations, including interview processes, tools, documentation, and analytics
- Contribute to building and nurturing our company culture, helping to ensure we scale with intention and care
- Support HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and spend tracking
