Founding Recruiter

Perfect Venue is a company focused on revolutionizing the private events and catering industry by providing an affordable event management tool for local restaurants and venues. As the Founding Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with leadership to build talent pipelines and enhance the company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Attract & recruit world-class talent across all functions using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative strategies. This role is fully outbound
• Develop and refine the candidate experience, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and high standards
• Build and promote our employer brand to attract top-tier talent via social channels, events, and content
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, create job descriptions, and guide them through effective hiring processes
• Advise on hiring priorities and ensure strategic alignment between team needs and recruitment efforts
• Continuously improve hiring operations, including interview processes, tools, documentation, and analytics
• Contribute to building and nurturing our company culture, helping to ensure we scale with intention and care
• Support HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and spend tracking
