Postie is revolutionizing Direct Mail marketing by making it measurable and quantifiable through their innovative platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team, focusing on identifying and reaching out to key decision makers to drive meetings and event attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new target prospect lists and map key decision makers within those organizations
- Manage and execute all activities associated with our Surprise and Delight Program
- Execute an over-the-phone and direct mail-based cold outreach strategy
- Schedule meetings with new prospects
- Develop expert understanding of Postie’s software, benefits, and market differentiators
- Engage with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop communication strategies
- Develop content promoting Postie’s market-leading capabilities and technology
- Activities associated with driving attendance to events/webinars
- Supporting logistics associated with events/webinars
Requirements:
- Proven business acumen and understanding of sales development
- Effective communication skills and confidence
- High aptitude to learn new skills and technologies
- High-level time management skills
- Extremely self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a work-from-home environment
- Experience with CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
- Familiarity with Salesloft, Outreach, or similar marketing software
