Independent Recruiting and Growth Partner – Remote Business Pathway

This role focuses on leveraging existing skills in talent acquisition and relationship management to drive business growth through high-volume marketing and strategic recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Social Media Marketing: Leverage LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital channels to run inbound lead-attraction and brand campaigns
• Active Business Sourcing: Connect with, interview, and recruit growth-minded professionals looking for new directions
• Consultative Leadership: Engage in high-level strategic conversations to vet talent and expand your agency's footprint

Requirements:

• Must operate as an independent business entity (LLC, Sole Proprietorship) or be prepared to establish one
• 5+ years in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, high-ticket sales, or professional leadership roles
• Highly comfortable with social media marketing and advertising, content deployment, Zoom, and digital CRM tracking
• Self-governing builders who thrive in a performance-driven, asset-light business model
