Responsibilities:
- Participate in instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Learn the fundamentals of product management and product lifecycle management
- Explore product strategy, product vision, and roadmap development practices
- Conduct user research and analyze customer needs, behaviors, and expectations
- Create personas, customer journey maps, and product discovery artifacts
- Apply strategic and competitive analysis techniques to support product decisions
- Learn product positioning, market segmentation, and value proposition development
- Explore pricing models and monetization strategies
- Define MVP scope and product requirements
- Learn backlog prioritization and Agile product development practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in product-focused scenarios
- Use AI-powered tools to support decision-making, product strategy, and growth initiatives
- Develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback

Requirements:
- No previous participation in the Tech Orda voucher program
- Successful completion of the program selection process
- Knowledge of English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
- Experience in marketing, project management, or IT
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and product development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in product management and digital product development
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
