They are looking for highly accomplished independent sales professionals to build and drive their own book of business, focusing on enterprise-level sales and consultative approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory or vertical-specific sales strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Lead full-cycle consultative sales engagements, from prospecting through contract execution
- Translate complex technology solutions into clear, compelling business value for executive-level buyers
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology provider partners to align solutions with customer requirements and success criteria
- Leverage the Bridgepointe brand, and all of the tools provided to ensure success, including company provided email, Microsoft Teams account, personalized syndicated microsite, and The Signal, Bridgepointe’s comprehensive partner portal
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long-term relationships that drive renewals, expansions, and multi-solution adoption
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success selling technology solutions to C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
- Skilled at uncovering business pain, navigating complex buying committees, and positioning outcomes-based value
- Background in communications (UCaaS/CCaaS), SaaS, IT services, managed services, cloud, or related technology categories
- Proven ability to operate independently, create momentum without structure, and build revenue from the ground up
- Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and written communication abilities
- Capable of representing the Bridgepointe brand with professionalism and consistently following through on commitments
