Ondaro is a ServiceNow Elite Partner that is rapidly expanding and is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and managing relationships to support the sales team in capturing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & qualification: Dive into the ServiceNow market and uncover new opportunities. Engage prospects from inbound campaigns and cold outreach, qualifying leads that fit our ideal customer profile
- Cold outreach (aka making bold first moves): Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. Spark interest, start conversations, and keep the momentum going
- Relationship building: Build trust with prospects by understanding their challenges and showing how Ondaro’s ServiceNow solutions can help them work smarter, faster, and better
- Sales pipeline management: Set high-quality appointments, maintain smooth handoffs to the sales team, and make sure every prospect feels like they’re in good hands
- Data management: Keep our CRM clean, organized, and up to date. Track interactions, log insights, and provide visibility that powers smart sales moves
- Market research: Stay sharp on ServiceNow trends, target accounts, and competitor activity. Bring fresh intel to help the team think ahead and capture opportunities
