Torentify is a company that helps working families access valuable insurance and benefit solutions. As a Customer Care Manager, you will work directly with clients through virtual meetings, helping them understand and enroll in benefit programs designed to protect their financial future.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Meet virtually with clients and families to discuss benefit options and coverage solutions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and excellent service
- Guide customers through the enrollment process and answer questions regarding available programs
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Client Support & Education
- Educate clients on available benefit plans and coverage options
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual and family needs
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle
- Business Development
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and increase engagement
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve business objectives
- Participate in training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings using Zoom and other online communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Previous customer service, sales, account management, or client relations experience
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
