Slalom is a technology consulting company that focuses on delivering impactful customer experiences. They are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to grow their technology partner ecosystem by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and managing relationships with major cloud partners like Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft.
Responsibilities:
- Own and strengthen relationships with Google Cloud marketing counterparts through weekly cadences, quarterly marketing reviews, and the co-development and execution of joint programs, funding initiatives, and partner-led campaigns throughout the year
- Support the development and execution of the Slalom + Google Cloud joint marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, including budget management, in partnership with business stakeholders and GTM marketing teams
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams and subject matter experts to develop programs, content, and enablement resources tailored to key internal and external audiences, empowering Slalom teams to scale and execute globally
- Execute marketing initiatives directly within marketing tools, building landing pages, email campaigns, nurture sequences, reports, and more
- Partner with Slalom’s global demand generation team to develop and implement email marketing and digital advertising campaigns for our Cloud partners
- Utilize measurements and analytics to deliver event returns against expected business results and key performance targets and let those insights inform future campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Google Cloud, Slalom’s Google Cloud business unit, global marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Champion Slalom’s culture by consistently demonstrating a positive, customer-focused approach
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in partner marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, with experience executing partner-focused and integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic), including segmentation, goal setting, and measurement
- Experience developing and executing complex marketing programs and events
- Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to drive shared outcomes
- Experience working with Google Cloud, AWS or other hyperscaler partners preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot preferred)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage budgets, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive marketer who thrives under pressure and in dynamic environments
- Must be available to travel 25%
