Modrn Agency is a growing agency focused on building client acquisition systems for SaaS companies, agencies, and B2B service businesses. They are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager who will own client relationships after launch, lead optimization calls, and analyze performance data to guide improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Leading client optimization calls every couple of weeks, with more attention for the clients who need it
- Walking clients through their funnel and ad performance, and spotting where things are converting or dropping off
- Reviewing A/B tests and deciding what's working, what to cut, and what to test next
- Diagnosing the next move and directing the next round of testing
- Passing winning ads to our creative team and briefing the next round
- Keeping our clients confident, in the loop, and happy with their results
