Mercer County Works is focused on enhancing the car selling experience through their online buying service, ALGO. The Virtual Automotive Buyer is responsible for managing purchasing territories, assisting customers through the car selling process, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage purchasing territories to maximize unit count and gross profit
- Work with customers and assist them through the car selling process from start to finish
- Proactively schedule customer appraisals, appraise vehicles, complete and process all required paperwork
- Thoroughly address the customers vehicle appraisal and selling questions
Requirements:
- Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills REQUIRED
- Prior vehicle purchasing and or buying, phone sales and or used car valuation experience is a plus
