Responsibilities:

- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Continuously test, optimise, and scale campaigns generating qualified opportunities
- Improve national organic search rankings
- Develop and execute SEO content strategies
- Create and optimise service and product landing pages
- Improve website conversion rates
- Implement local SEO strategies across target markets
- Conduct keyword research focused on commercial construction and building products
- Build email automation and lead nurturing sequences
- Implement lead scoring systems
- Manage CRM integrations and marketing workflows
- Develop automated follow-up campaigns
- Track lead attribution and campaign performance
- Create and manage content around: Steel Reinforcement, Rebar Supply, Steel Fixing, Post Tensioning, PVC Formwork, Walling Systems, Flooring Systems, Building Products, Construction Supply Solutions, Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, Infrastructure Projects
- Weekly campaign reporting
- Monthly marketing performance reviews

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience running Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Lead Generation, and conversion-focused marketing campaigns
- Proven experience generating inbound quote requests and sales opportunities for construction suppliers, steel reinforcement companies, building materials distributors, civil contractors, commercial construction businesses, and manufacturing or industrial suppliers
- Experience marketing to builders, developers, project managers, procurement managers, quantity surveyors, estimators, and construction company owners
- Strong understanding of long sales-cycle B2B lead generation
- Experience building marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to reduce cost per lead while increasing lead quality
