DevOps Engineer (Google Cloud Platform)

Dice is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform to design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives and manage containerized workloads while driving operational excellence across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Google Cloud Platform cloud solutions
• Lead DevOps transformation initiatives and cloud migration projects
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ensure cloud security, governance, compliance, and operational excellence
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies
• Mentor engineering teams and promote DevOps best practices across projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions

Requirements:

• 14+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Strong experience with Compute Engine
• Strong experience with IAM
• Strong experience with VPC
• Strong experience with Cloud Storage
• Strong experience with Cloud Monitoring
• Strong experience with Cloud Logging
