UiPath Project Manager- Remote

Dice is seeking a UiPath Project Manager for a remote position with a focus on healthcare automation. The role involves leading end-to-end automation projects, managing healthcare automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end automation projects (discovery deployment)
• Manage multiple healthcare automation initiatives
• Run workshops, UAT, and deployment planning
• Track KPIs (cost savings, efficiency gains)
• Ensure compliance and governance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report to executives

Requirements:

• 5 15+ years overall experience
• 2+ years leading UiPath/RPA implementations
• Healthcare systems (Hospitals, Health IT)
• Exposure to Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge
• Independent candidates only
• UiPath & RPA project delivery
• Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
• Stakeholder & executive management
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps
• Healthcare automation (claims, prior auth, eligibility, charge capture)
• Compliance: HIPAA / HITECH
• UiPath certification, PMP/SAFe
• Knowledge of Automation Hub, AI Center, Process Mining
• Integration experience (HL7/FHIR, APIs)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HITRUST, SOC2)
