ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the CalHEERS project, which is a California State initiative. The role involves providing project and functional management support on large-scale government IT projects, specifically within the health and human services domain.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years' experience working with Federal or State Health and Human Service IT projects such as CalHEERS, State Welfare Medi-Cal projects, Statewide Automated Welfare System, or Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System or comparable
- 5+ years' experience providing project, technical, or functional management support on a large-scale government IT project with a solution that: is accessed by at least one thousand (1,000) users at multiple locations; has a dollar value of at least ten million ($10,000,000) dollars; and, includes multi-tiered processing, including a consumer or user facing front-end optimized for multiple user interface
- 5+ years' experience following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in order to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements applied to the design and development of systems and networks
- 5+ years' experience performing requirements analysis and design documentation review
- 5+ years' experience with system change management processes
- 5+ years' experience actively participating or facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
- 5+ experience reviewing, validating and providing input into either Use Case Scenarios or Test Scripts for a large-scale government IT project
