Dale Carnegie is a global leadership and performance development organization that has empowered individuals and organizations for more than 100 years. They are seeking an Enterprise New Business Development Consultant to drive new revenue growth with enterprise-level clients through proactive outreach and consultative engagement. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Driving new revenue growth with enterprise-level clients
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative engagement with key decision-makers
- Conducting discovery meetings, diagnosing client needs, and recommending Dale Carnegie training solutions that align with organizational goals
- Developing account strategies, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
- Managing a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets while representing Dale Carnegie’s brand and values in the marketplace
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strength in New Business Development and Business Development, with a track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts
- Experience in Consulting and Business Planning to analyze client needs, shape strategic solutions, and build long-term value-focused relationships
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management in a B2B or enterprise environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, managing time, priorities, and goals with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in learning and development, HR, or professional services is preferred but not required
