The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on selling to strategic customers in the Consumer Business Services industries, developing key relationships and driving customer satisfaction while aligning long-term strategies with customer objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success managing complex, strategic enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
- Strong skills in building and maintaining C-suite relationships
- Experience in full cycle sales, with a focus on Enterprise Sales
- Demonstrated ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Experience in Consumer Business Services industries such as Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or Real Estate
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role, including extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, and work experience
