They are seeking a Business Development & Sales Mentor to connect with individuals seeking growth, present high-ticket digital programs, and build a client base through relationship-based outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Using digital marketing and social media platforms to connect with people actively seeking growth and change
• Having structured discovery conversations with qualified prospects
• Presenting and selling high-ticket digital programs and live events
• Following a clear, proven 3-step sales system — no guesswork, no cold pitching, and no products to store
• Building your own client base through relationship-based digital outreach
• Participating in live business training 3x per week plus on-demand recorded sessions
• Growing alongside a community of like-minded business professionals, full of support and wanting to see you succeed

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, leadership, or a results-driven professional field
• Are genuinely ready to explore business ownership — not just casually browsing
• Are self-directed and take full ownership of your outcomes without needing to be managed
• Are a strong communicator who is comfortable having real conversations with real people
• Are entrepreneurially minded and ready to back yourself
