AmeriHealth Caritas is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Corporate Provider Network Management network strategy initiatives. The role involves leading analytics efforts, serving as a liaison across stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance network performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports to track network activities, including RFPs (Requests for Proposals), readiness reviews, and risk mitigation plans
- Conduct root cause analysis and present findings with clear, actionable recommendations
- Create, monitor, and audit reports to ensure data integrity and identify data collection issues
- Provide analytical input to support network strategy initiatives and new business expansions
- Represents CPNM in internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Serve as a subject matter resource, coordinating responses to network strategy initiatives across departments
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Monitor network performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals
- Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines within defined quality standards
- Maintain and update the Corporate Provider Network SharePoint site, including workflows, documentation, and data resources
- Oversee project deliverables, stakeholder relationships, and business impact considerations
- Support projects requiring the evaluation of multiple variables and business factors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- 3 years of experience in project management in a managed care/healthcare environment
- 5 or more years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, and SQL required
- Experience in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Advanced Excel skills required with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and the interaction between people, processes, and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Excel, and other business intelligence tools, including data visualization, reporting, data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data validation and reporting accuracy
- Ability to connect business processes, systems, and technology to support strategic initiatives
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments with evolving business needs
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and workflow reporting preferred
- Experience in managed care, healthcare, or provider network environments preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint for collaboration and documentation
