They are currently seeking a driven Business Development Representative to generate leads, book meetings, and contribute to building their revenue engine as they transition from a commission-only role to a salary-based position.
Responsibilities:
- Building targeted prospect lists across priority industries and verticals
- Executing outbound through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Sourcing qualified leads and booking discovery meetings for the closer or founder
- Tracking outreach, follow-up, and pipeline activity in HubSpot
- Helping refine messaging, outreach sequences, ICPs, and targeting
- Identifying both service-based opportunities and software-fit conversations as our platform grows
- Staying organized, consistent, and accountable in a performance-driven environment
Requirements:
- Driven and self-managed Business Development Representative
- Ability to generate conversations, source opportunities, book qualified meetings
- Experience in B2B outbound, appointment setting, or sales development
- Confidence making cold calls and reaching out to strangers
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent
- Organized and able to manage your own activity and follow-up
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business owners and decision-makers
- Proactive and resourceful in creating opportunities from scratch
- Ability to thrive in outbound sales without constant oversight
- Willingness to work in a high-activity outbound role with performance expectations
