Pacemaker.ai, a thyssenkrupp company, is focused on transforming supply chains through advanced AI and data-driven decision-making. They are seeking a highly self-driven New Business Development Representative to drive their market entry in the US, managing the sales process and collaborating with teams in Germany to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development activities and actively contribute to our US market entry
- Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact to handover to project delivery
- Sell a combination of SaaS solutions and implementation project services
- Collaborate closely with project and delivery teams in Germany to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and industry trends
- Continuously sharpen the sales approach and identify new opportunities
- Manage leads, opportunities and pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets
- Independently develop and execute account and market plans supported by action plans and benchmarks for measuring progress

Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, also across cultures and time zones
- Ability to work effectively in an international setup with distributed teams
- Willingness to travel within the US depending on customer location
- Experience in SaaS, AI, data, or supply chain-related environments
