This role involves planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Microsoft Advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts, focusing on data analysis and delivering measurable ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
- Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated with Microsoft Advertising platform updates and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles
- Experience with keyword research and audience targeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising Editor and Analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Microsoft Advertising Certification
- Experience managing campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $10,000
- Knowledge of Google Ads and cross-platform PPC strategies
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling
