IP House is a company that empowers brands and rights holders to manage and protect intellectual property on a global scale. They are seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join their External Affairs team, focusing on managing and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across media, email, SEO, and events
- Support planning and execution of industry events and webinars, including logistics and promotion, to support brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage campaign performance tracking and reporting, including analyzing metrics, generating insights, and flagging optimization opportunities
- Help maintain and improve marketing processes and best practices to continually improve content efficacy
- Own day-to-day management of IP House’s social media channels, including content drafting and scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring
- Develop and execute social media content strategies in collaboration with the Associate Director and broader global team
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to grow our online presence and audience engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling communications around new services, client success stories, and wins across our global teams
- Support internal communications strategies to ensure consistent, clear messaging across the organization
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex topics into accessible content that highlights our unique value proposition
- Proactively bring new ideas, tools, and digital marketing strategies to the team’s attention
- Contribute to brainstorms and strategy sessions, offering a fresh perspective and a willingness to experiment and iterate
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Approximately 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Working knowledge of social media, email marketing, and digital campaign strategy
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts and paid media basics
- Comfortable using marketing analytics tools to pull data and report on performance metrics
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences and channels
- Confident drafting content independently while remaining open to direction
- Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation tools, or CRM platforms
- Proficiency with social media platforms
- Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and basic video/graphic editing
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
