Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Marketing Contractor to join their Alliance Marketing team, focusing on a strategic partnership with Oracle. The role involves creating compelling content and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and enhance market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of in-person and virtual events
- Manage all event workstreams from conception through post-event measurement and reporting
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Utilize tactics such as content syndication, paid social media, and webcasts to attract and nurture qualified leads
- Create and refine marketing assets with a focus on short-form content
- Develop social media posts, email campaigns (invitations, follow-ups), and other promotional materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and content
- Navigate ambiguity with initiative and strong organizational skills
- Effectively utilize AI tools as a 'Human in the Loop' to improve marketing content and processes
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives
- Serve as a strong communicator and collaborative team player
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
- Experience working within a technology company, professional services firm, or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing projects and delivering campaigns on schedule
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills
- Experience creating compelling short-form marketing content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly
- Partner / Alliance Marketing Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Previous experience supporting alliance or partner marketing initiatives
- Experience marketing with strategic partners such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar ecosystems
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, Similar marketing technology platforms
