Senior Product Manager

Arkestro is a hyper-growth company that applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and end-to-end product delivery of their Predictive Procurement Platform, focusing on creating product roadmaps and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and execute on the Product roadmap for a specific functional area within the Arkestro Platform
• Engage with customers, prospects, and suppliers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
• Work closely with Data/Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business
• Identify areas where we can increase efficiency or drive cost savings for customers, by providing recommended next steps based on real-time customer data
• Actively prototype and experiment with AI tools to explore new product possibilities, validate hypotheses quickly, and bring concrete ideas into team discussions

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work (e.g., LLM-assisted research, prototyping with Claude/GPT, no-code/low-code AI experimentation)
• Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
• Possesses a user-centric mindset
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
