
IT Project Manager (Infrastructure & Manufacturing Technology)
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Schedule: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days per week onsite
Duration: Minimum 1-year contract with strong likelihood of extension (potentially 1-2+ years)
Travel: Occasional travel to manufacturing and operational sites as needed
Pay Rate: $50-65/hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale technology modernization initiative across a growing manufacturing organization. This role will be instrumental in helping drive infrastructure projects, technology standardization efforts, connectivity improvements, and key prerequisite initiatives that support a broader enterprise transformation roadmap.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on project manager who can effectively balance multiple concurrent projects, manage third-party vendors, establish realistic timelines, drive prioritization discussions, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables. This position requires someone who can bring structure, organization, and strategic thinking to a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces.
