Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP S4 HANA ABAP

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your primary focus will be on driving the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP solutions, working closely with functional and business teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative and efficient SAP S/4HANA solutions to our clients.

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA ABAP projects, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
• Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, considering business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Mentor and guide junior ABAP developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies and industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Document and maintain project artifacts, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and estimates for SAP projects.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, performance tuning, and debugging.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies and best practices.
• Experience in leading and managing SAP projects, with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to provide innovative technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
