Consultant - SAP-

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, driving the success of our SAP projects. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your extensive knowledge of SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA technologies to deliver innovative solutions. Working closely with functional and business teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support projects.

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, including functional and business stakeholders.
• Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Document and maintain project artifacts, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge retention.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, performance tuning, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA technologies, including Fiori, CDS Views, and SAPUI5.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading and mentoring project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
