Revenue Cycle Product Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Product Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of revenue cycle products within a healthcare organization dedicated to kidney care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery to post-launch optimization
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and deliver value
• Collaborate with operational, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build integrated solutions
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact use cases and inform product roadmaps
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting revenue cycles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, with a proven track record in launching successful software products
• Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly in revenue cycle technology
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• MBA or advanced degree
