Lithia & Driveway is a leading automotive company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations to drive marketing strategies, enhance customer loyalty, and collaborate with dealership leaders across multiple states.
Responsibilities:
- Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
- Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
- Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
- Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
- Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
- Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes
- Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
- Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
- Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
