Job Description:
- Level II: 2-5 Years of Experience. Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Electric Regional Operation role to support Administrative Tasks for O&E Supervisor. Work Duties of Operations and Engineering team admin:
- Manage Electric Troubleshooter schedule 40%
- Assist in tracking and processing damage reports 30%
- Assist with ETS Pre-Arranged Customer Request Job assignment 10%
- Assist with ETS AED inspection tracking 5%
- Support ETS Safety Meeting notetaking 5%
- Support ETS administrative follow up requests 5%
- Other duties 5%
- This is part of the Pilot ERO program, so it's a very new type of role created to shift administrative responsibilities from the current engineer on the team to this person.
- This role will be performing administrative tasks along with a timekeeping aspect. The manager is looking for someone who has previously used different timekeeping systems in the past.
- This manager supports the Electric Regional Operations on the North Coast- manages the line crew, techs, office personnel, engineers. They perform regulatory inspections, emergency response, troubleshoot outages, etc.
Required:
- Top 3 qualifications he is looking for- 1.) Someone with strong communication skills who feels comfortable speaking to vendors, subcontractors, linemen, etc. 2.) Very detail oriented and 3.) Strong organizational skills- can track lots of items
- Highschool diploma and Bachelor's Degree required

- This is similar to the Timekeeper Admin role we had back a few months ago
- This role may possibly convert to FTE, but it's based on the business needs/budget at the time.
- This role is 4 days a week onsite at Carlsbad, M-T Carlsbad CA 92008.
- Working hours: 7 or 7:30 AM to 3 or 3:30 PM
