USA Tech Recruit is supporting a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce solutions provider that helps brands expand their online business through major marketplace platforms. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop brand customers across North America, build long-term client relationships, and propose tailored e-commerce solutions to support their growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop North American brand customers across different industries
- Leverage personal networks and market resources to generate new business opportunities
- Propose tailored e-commerce and marketplace solutions, especially around Amazon North America
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and understand their business needs
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities and customer pain points
- Work closely with internal operation, marketing, PR, and support teams to improve service offerings
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project plans for potential clients
- Support brand visibility and market reputation through collaboration with marketing and PR teams
- Continuously explore new cooperation models and expand existing client relationships
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, key account sales, direct sales, or market promotion
- Strong understanding of the North American market and brand customer landscape
- Ability to independently develop clients and manage business opportunities from lead generation to cooperation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good project planning and content creation capabilities
- Strong teamwork mindset, learning ability, and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent written and spoken English is required
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, Amazon marketplace, digital marketing, advertising, or internet-related industries is highly preferred
- Master's degree is preferred
- Candidates from e-commerce agencies, Amazon service providers, marketplace solution companies, digital marketing agencies, or brand growth platforms would be highly relevant
