Regional Account Manager - Iowa

TerraClear Inc is a company focused on transforming agricultural intelligence through innovative technologies. They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to build strong relationships with growers and resellers while driving revenue growth in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships
• Identify, research, and qualify potential customers within your assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of TerraClear’s products, including:
• Mapping solutions
• Picking Services
• Autonomous imaging technology
• Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, contracts, purchase orders, and customized solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Growers, Resellers, and Industry Partners
• Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer operations and business challenges
• Represent TerraClear with professionalism and credibility across the agricultural community
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Inside Sales and Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Provide regular customer feedback to inform sales strategy, forecasting, and product development
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication using TerraClear systems (Smartsheet, HubSpot, Google Docs, Slack)
